Some random pictures from our last week.

Nice shot of Kevin in the last game that was posted on the Agen website.

                     Flowers from Kevin

Hand-made rug from a local market.

Our neighbors gave us an old armoir for free. We decided to paint it because it was a faded, uneven lime green before.... but now it is really blue which wasn't our goal either. We were going for a slate grey with hint of blue.. oops. It was a fun project for us though.

Potanque (or Bocci ball) is a popular and competitive pasttime here in Southern France. We could sit and watch the locals play for hours.

  1. Is that "Leg of Poulet" Kevin is taking out of the oven? Looks yummy! Those French chickens taste a lot better than ours do - we know. By the way, so do the French Turkeys. You can find really fresh small ones, like 5 lbs, even with some black pinfeathers still on them. We know you guys will have a blast on your first Thanksgiving in France. We sure did in Belgium. We actually had to go to France to get our turkey several years over there. We have never tasted dinde so good! Bon Appetite!

Nice flowers! That is one of the great things about Europe - you can get beautiful fresh flowers every day if you want to.

We like the "Blue By You" armoir!

We're getting more and more jealous!!! See you in May!!! Gordy and Anita

  2. Way to go on the flowers, Kevin! Nice selections. Try again on the paint...start w 4 part grey and 1 pt of that blue. Just mix a little...keep playing till you get your color. You need very little of the blue, you just discovered that! However, I think that blue is very nice...
